Become a PopCoach

There are several benefits to becoming a PopCoach.

Flexible schedule - You'll enjoy flexibility in your schedule. While there is a minimum of 10 sessions per month, it’s up to you when you are available and how many hours you decide to work.  

Healthy work-life balance - This enables you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

To be a PopCoach, we require a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience as a qualification. In addition to that, we look for individuals who have a strong understanding of talent acquisition, job market dynamics, and industry trends.

A successful PopCoach should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to provide guidance and support to job seekers.

They should have a proven track record of success in their recruiting career and a genuine passion for helping others succeed.

We also value continuous learning and professional development, so a commitment to staying updated on industry best practices is highly desirable.

You'll have access to a supportive community of like-minded recruiters and talent acquisition professionals, offering opportunities for collaboration, knowledge sharing, and networking.

You will also receive ongoing support, marketing assistance, and access to valuable resources to enhance your consulting skills and stay updated with industry trends.

The amount of money you can make as a PopCoach depends on several factors, including the number of sessions you conduct and the rating you receive from job seekers.

Each 1/2 hour session is billed at a flat rate of $40. The PopCoach receives the majority of the fee, while the remainder goes towards operating and marketing costs.

As you complete more sessions, your percentage will increase and PopCandi’s will decrease, allowing you to earn a higher share of the consulting fee.

This incentivizes PopCoaches to provide exceptional service and build a strong reputation within the PopCandi community.

We recommend checking with your current employer and reviewing your employment contract or any applicable policies to ensure compliance with any restrictions on outside work.

Some employers may have policies that restrict or prohibit employees from engaging in external consulting or freelancing activities. It is important to understand and adhere to any contractual obligations or legal requirements related to your current employment.

PopCandi is not responsible for any violation of contractual obligations or policies with your current employer.  

We advise consulting with your employer or seeking legal advice to clarify any potential conflicts and ensure that you are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

As a PopCoach, you'll have access to a range of tools and resources to support your consulting activities. You'll receive access to Google Suite, including Gmail, Google Meet, Google Drive, and Google Docs, to facilitate seamless communication and document sharing with your clients.

Additionally, we provide marketing support to attract job seekers, expand your network, and establish your personal brand as a trusted coach.

Furthermore, we offer ongoing training and resources to enhance your consulting skills and keep you updated on the latest trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

You'll be guided through the steps to create your coach profile, provide relevant information about your experience and expertise, and complete any necessary documentation.

Once your profile is approved, You'll gain access to the PopCandi platform, undergo a brief training, and be ready to start conducting sessions with job seekers.
